In the Matter of the Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption by Stepparent of ERIKA JEAN TOOMBS D.O.B. July 13, 2011, A Minor Child.
NOTICE: YOU HAVE BEEN SUED IN THE ABOVE-ENTITLED MATTER. THE COURT MAY ENTER JUDGMENT AGAINST YOU WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE UNLESS YOU RESPOND. READ THE INFORMATION BELOW.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition for the termination of parental rights and step-parent adoption has been filed under and pursuant to Chapter 20, Title 16, Idaho Code praying for the termination of the parent/child relationship between BRETT TOOMBS and ERIKA JEAN TOOMBS and adoption by the minor child’s step-parent; JEREMIAH BENKSTEIN.
A copy of the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and An Adoption By Step-Parent can be obtained from the law firm noted above or by request to the clerk of the Judge also noted above.
In order to defend this lawsuit, an appropriate written response must be filed with the above designated Court within 20 days of the final publication of this Summons and Notice. If you fail to so respond the Court may enter a Judgment Termination of Parental Rights without further proceedings.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED That you are entitled to be represented by an attorney of your own choosing, and if counsel is requested and you are financially unable to employ counsel, counsel shall be appointed by the Court. You must notify the Clerk of the Honorable Judge assigned to this case, by telephoning (208) 454-7300 to request an appropriate application for such Court appointed attorney.
You are hereby notified of the existence of the Idaho Voluntary Adoption Registry maintained by the Vital Statistics Department of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare as established by Idaho Code §39-259A.
