During a court session Friday, Circuit Court Judge Thomas Ryan pushed back to September the hearing to determine whether Anthony Montwheeler is fit for trial. Montwheeler appeared in court rather than watching proceedings on jail video.

He called it the Knickerbockers West Museum and for Bob Peterson, his collection of antiques was a labor of love. Peterson died three years ago and Sunday his family will auction off a host of unique items he amassed over the years.
