NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing is planned before the city council of the city of Vale, Oregon on the 13th day of February 2024 at Vale city hall located at 150 Longfellow Street North, Vale, OR 97918 at 7:00 pm to consider declaring as surplus, two real properties owned by the city of Vale, Oregon with the following legal descriptions:
