VALE – Vale’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting at Wadleigh Park on Friday, Dec. 6, brought the holiday spirit to Vale.
Immediately following the tree lighting ceremony there was a reception with Santa at the Vale Grange Hall with hot beverages provided by Bixby’s Stopitoff Coffee and the Perk Beverage Company.
Malinda Castleberry, the owner of Mal’s Diner put on a chili feed, and all donations for chili went to the Vale Chamber of Commerce.
KnR Photography, a local photographer, was at the event taking photos. There was also face painting and a chance to buy from local vendors.
