VALE – Adam Tolman knows for a small business to succeed it must be competitive, innovative and take care of its customers.

“Established businesses fail all the time and I don’t want to be one of them. I am always trying to help grow and be a sought-after business,” said Tolman.

That’s why Tolman, co-owner of Malheur Drug with his wife Jennifer, believes their annual customer appreciation day – set this Friday - is more than just another event.

“We would just like to thank them for their patronage. Shake their hands and say, ‘Thank you for supporting us,’” said Tolman.
