Ontario’s Tater Tot Festival kicked off Friday, Sept. 15 and ran through Saturday, Sept. 16 in front of the old Ontario Train Depot on Depot Lane.
The event was geared to celebrate the Tater Tot, invented in 1953 by Ore-Ida founders F. Nephi Grigg, Golden Grigg and Ross Butler Sr.
While there were tater tots at the festival there was also a classic car show, food booths and live music.
The event was sponsored by Revitalize Ontario.
