Thunderstorms and possibly heavy rain remain in forecast for Malheur County on Tuesday, Aug. 22. Flash flooding could occur, the Natoinal Weather Service says.

STORM UPDATE: Possibly record-setting rain will hit Malheur County through Monday. Officials are urging people to avoid driving over flood roads and to be alert for debris flows.
