NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition for the termination of parental rights and step-parent adoption has been filed under and pursuant to Chapter 20, Title 16, Idaho Code praying for the termination of the parent/child relationship between BRETT TOOMBS and ERIKA JEAN TOOMBS and adoption by the minor child’s step-parent; JEREMIAH BENKSTEIN.

A copy of the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and An Adoption By Step-Parent can be obtained from the law firm noted above or by request to the clerk of the Judge also noted above.

In order to defend this lawsuit, an appropriate written response must be filed with the above designated Court within 20 days of the final publication of this Summons and Notice. If you fail to so respond the Court may enter a Judgment Termination of Parental Rights without further proceedings.

PUBLIC NOTICE

VALE PLANNING COMMISSION

The City of Vale Planning Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on September 12th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall 252 B Street W, Vale, Oregon. The Commission shall be taking testimony concerning an Application of Variance Permit for the construction of three single family dwellings within a Residential Zone located between 701 and 785 14th Street North, Vale, Oregon. You are invited to make testimony in support or opposition to the application at the scheduled meeting. Only testimony received at the hearing either written or oral will be used in making the decision by the Planning Commission. Issues not considered at the hearing will preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals of that issue. If you are not able to attend in person, written testimony will be accepted at Vale City Hall between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The application, all documents and evidence relied upon by the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and will be provided at reasonable cost.

A City of Vale Staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing and will be provided at a reasonable cost.
