A public meeting of the Budget Committee for the Vale Rural Fire Protection District will be held on June 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Vale Fire Hall, 950 Hope Street, Vale Or. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget and comments for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee.

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

A default has occurred under the terms of a trust deed made by Connie M. Trunnell and Ronald J. Trunnell, husband and wife, whose address is 770 NW 3rd Street, Ontario, OR 97914 as grantor to First American Title Co. of Malheur County, as Trustee, in favor of Centex Home Equity Company, LLC, as named Beneficiary, dated April 2, 2004, recorded April 7, 2004, in the mortgage records of Malheur County, Oregon, as Instrument No. 2004-2435; The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Centex Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-C is the present Beneficiary as defined by ORS 86.705(2), as covering the following described real property: as covering the following described real property: Described in the Deed of Trust as: In Block 2, Lots 3, 4, and 5.
