ONTARIO — “Hold These Truths” takes the stage Sunday, Nov. 19, at Four Rivers Cultural Center in Ontario.
The one-actor play is based on a true story of Gordon Hirabayashi, a Japanese American who defied the internment of Japanese citizens during World War II. Ryan Yu presents 36 characters in this production. Curtain time is 7 p.m.
The show is free, but donations are accepted.
The title is from the Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”
