A throng of family, friends and former coworkers gathered on Wednesday, April 4, to honor the late Linda Cummings with a bench outside the courthouse, the place Cummings worked for 36 years. She served as the juvenile director for the county from 2004 to 2015 and was also active in the Nyssa community, including volunteering numerous years with the Nyssa Nite Rodeo.
