The latest from the Malheur Enterprise

Good morning, Malheur County.

The weather the next few days will be interesting. The National Weather Service is now forecasting not only high temperatures – near 100 each day – but also heavy rain from Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday evening.

The chance of thunderstorms is 40% on Tuesday evening, according to the forecast. “Flash flooding will be possible as well,” forecasters say.

Meantime, we expect lots of households are recovering from the long, hot run of the 2022 Malheur County Fair.

The Enterprise news team was in every corner of the fair. Take a look at our coverage since you’re bound to see someone you know.
