Good morning…..
Folks are getting in the Halloween mood and that includes the crew at Weatherby’s Customs in Vale. They are providing pumpkins for a free carving contest on Saturday, Oct. 28 – but bring your own carving tools.
The event starts at 11:30 a.m and judging starts at 4:30 p.m. with winners in three age groups awarded prizes. Hot dogs and drinks will be served until 2:30 p.m. Location: 298 Washington St. W. in Vale.
And on Friday, kids can get practice trick-or-treating with the Boys and Girls Club of Western Treasure Valley hostaing a trunk-or-treat event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event will be at Four Rivers Cultural Center in Ontario.
