Warming center to open but help needed

Good morning……

Llfe-threatening cold weather is settling over Malheur County and officials are especially concerned with the homeless living outdoors.

Volunteers and supplies are needed by local nonprofits to help people endure weather dipping below 0 degrees. Here’s our update on the situation, provided free as a community service. Please share so as a community we can pull together to avoid a humanitarian crisis.
