The latest from the Malheur Enterprise

Good morning and I’m glad you’re here.

We’re getting into the busy holiday season and that means lots of events.

You’ll find a listing of events in our coverage, ranging from Moonlight Madness in Vale to Frosty Fest in Ontario to the annual and inspiring Festival of Trees at Four Rivers Cultural Center.

If your organization or school has something scheduled you’d like to let the public know about, send me an email.

And if you have efforts underway to collect toys, food or other items to pass along to those more needy, share that as well. You can reach me at [email protected] and we’re ready to help get the word out for you.

And if shopping isn’t your thing, head to La Grande Saturday for a two-fer in high school sports. You can watch first Harper and then Adrian compete in semifinal football action.

Here’s some of the reporting you get only from the professional news team at the Enterprise.

And don’t forget – we have three state playoff football games over Friday and Saturday. We have the details for you.
