The state boys soccer title belongs to Ontario.

The Tigers defeated Phoenix 1-0 in a match on Saturday, Nov. 12, played in Hillsboro.

Vale murals – what’s their fate?

They are on walls throughout Vale – the painted murals depicting pioneers and pioneer life in Vale.

They are aging, they need attention, and their future is uncertain.

You’re invited to a special meeting to consider what to do with this Vale feature. Local groups are hosting the open session at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at the Vale Senior Citizen Center.
