Baker City sues Anderson Perry over wastewater lagoon problems
AROUND OREGON: The engineering firm that designed the Treasure Valley Reload Center is being sued by Baker City for design issues on a lagoon. Brad Baird, project engineer on the reload center until last year, is also named in the lawsuit, according to reporting by the Baker City Herald.
