EDITORIAL: Border board must make strong case for investing in this region
EDITORIAL: Eastern Oregon Border Economic Development Board seeks to spur the kind of economic growth that can be seen in communities just across the Idaho border. The board will need to make a strong case to the 2019 legislature that the region is in need of housing investment, and the community should support that goal.
