Ontario’s lone Japanese restaurant, Sayama Grill. is in the hands of an experienced restaurateur, David Sullivan, owner of Kanpai, the adjoining bar of the building where Ogawa’s Sushi, Burgers and Bowls used to be. Sullivan noted how popular Japanese fare had been in the community as a reason for opening Sayama Grill a year after Ogawa’s relocated to Fruitland.
