NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jordan Valley Cemetery, Malheur County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, will be held at 704 Oregon Ave, Jordan Valley, OR 97910. The meeting will take place on May 29, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after June 15, 2024 at 509 Yturri Blvd between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

The meeting will take place on May 23rd, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 22nd, 2024, at the Ontario Recreation District Office, 745 SW 3rd Ave. Ontario, OR, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Work for this project includes but is not limited to demo/removal of the existing concrete landing/steps, windows, interior walls, acoustical ceiling tile, and the construction/installation of new interior walls, plumbing fixtures, and exterior ADA concrete ramp and landing. Work includes new electrical, lighting, acoustical ceiling tile, mechanical, and exhaust fans and cabinetry.

A Bid Bond (5% of the total bid price), Performance Bond & Payment Bond is required for this project.
