Jordan Valley advances in state playoffs, hosts South Wasco County on Friday

The Jordan Valley Mustangs host South Wasco County at 6 p.m. Friday in the second round of state girls basketball playoffs.

The Mustangs, ranked No. 8 in the state in 1A play, take an 18-6 record into the game against the ninth-ranked team with a 25-3 season record.

Jordan Valley advanced with a dominating performance over Ione/Arlington on Tuesday, Feb. 21. The Mustangs won 54-25 on their home court.
