More black than blue in annual football rivalry between Vale and Nyssa

For the Nyssa Bulldogs, it was a long night in Vale.

The Vikings kept their league record perfect in defeating the Bulldogs 45-0 on Friday, Oct. 21, in the annual Black and Blue Bowl.

The Vikings are 3-0 in league and 5-2 overall and are ranked 11th in the state. They finish regular season play by hosting Burns on Friday, Oct. 28.

Nyssa went to 1-2 in league and 3-4 overall with the loss. The Bulldogs end their regular season with a trip to Ontario on Friday, Oct. 28.
