The Malheur County SWCD has a 2016 Honda 500 Pioneer 5 speed side by side for sale. It has 110 miles and comes with 6-ply Ripsaw tires with a spare wheel and tire. Minimum bid is $7,500.00. Also for sale is a 2016 10’ C & B tandem axle trailer and the minimum bid on the trailer is $1,200.00. All sealed bids must be received in the office (2925 SW 6th Avenue, Suite 2, Ontario, Oregon) by September 30, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. They will be reviewed on October 1, 2020 and the winning bid will be awarded and contacted by phone. This change will be effective on your October 1, 2020 bill from Oregon Telephone Corp. The FUSC amount is calculated by multiplying the FCC’s universal service contribution factor times your interstate service charges. The federal universal service fund program is designed to help keep local telephone service rates affordable for all customers, in all areas of the United States.
