U.S. Rep. Walden is set to hold a town hall in Vale

VALE – U.S. Rep. Greg Walden will hold a town hall meeting in Vale Monday, July 1.

The Republican from Hood River is holding a series of public meetings over the next week across Oregon’s 2nd Congressional; District to hear from his constituents and “provide an update” on the issues he is working on, according to a press release.

“These town halls help me stay updated on the issues people are facing in our communities. This is a top priority for me,” Walden said in the release. 

The town hall for Malheur County residents will be held at the Vale Senior Center, 100 Longfellow St. S., at 4:15 p.m. The session is open to the public.

Following his Vale stop, Walden will head to Mount Vernon to speak with Grant County residents.
