TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

A default has occurred under the terms of a trust deed made by Connie M. Trunnell and Ronald J. The Old Owyhee Ditch Improvement District intent is to use regulated herbicides for aquatic vegetation control during the 2019 season. Regulated herbicides to be used are Magnacide H Acrolein, Xylene Range aromatic solvent and Glyphosate. Persons recieving District waters may request, in writing, that water deliveries during application of regulated herbicides be stopped during treatment times. A 24-hour advance notice will be givin to those who request in writing to stop deliveries.
