NOTICE: Malheur Enterprise mail delivery postponed as nation mourns Bush

Notice to subscribers: This week’s print edition of the Malheur Enterprise will be delivered one day late due to the Postal Service closure on Wednesday.

The federal government this week declared Wednesday as a national day of mourning for former President George H.W. Bush, who died last Friday at the age of 94. All post offices and most federal agencies are closed on Wednesday.

The Enterprise will be mailed to subscribers Thursday, as mail service resumes. The paper also will be available Wednesday on newsstands, as usual.

Subscribers of the print edition can sign up for a free trial subscription to the Enterprise’s digital news service to get access to this week’s news online. Go to malheurenterprise.com for details.
