Sunny skies and a touch of cool, autumn weather provided the backdrop for Adrian High School’s 2018 Homecoming festivities last week.

On Thursday, Sept. 27,  Adrian’s homecoming parade hit the town’s main thoroughfare and featured a variety of school clubs, athletes, students and alumni displaying their Antelope pride.

Students created floats as part of the parade, and members of the homecoming court rode in convertibles and classic cars.

The Adrian/Jordan Valley football team hosted Elgin for the Homecoming game on Friday afternoon. The Mustang-Antelopes went on to dominate the Huskies 50-20. The co-op team is now 2-2 in league.

Meanwhile, the Homecoming coronation ceremony took place during half-time. Roby Young and Cole Kennedy-Gooch were announced homecoming king and queen.
