Kids, kettle corn and cotton candy – there is something for everyone at the fair

The people that filter through the front gate at the Malheur County Fair come in all sizes and ages. Young and old and in-between, residents from Nyssa and Ontario and Vale and Harper and Adrian and Jordan Valley converge at food booths or wander into the barns where sheep and steers stand ready for the next 4-H competition. It is the fair and it is a big, local deal.
