Request for Proposals – Weatherization Auditor/Inspector

Community in Action (CinA), a non-profit corporation located in Ontario, OR is seeking proposals for independent licensed contractors to provide weatherization auditor/inspector services in Malheur and Harney Counties.

Proposals will be accepted July 5– July 19, 2018. No proposals will be accepted past 4:00 Mountain Time on July 19, 2018, no exceptions. Bidders may be required to comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate and the Davis-Bacon Act. CinA will not consider any proposal unless the contractor is licensed by the Construction Contractors Board in Oregon. Contractors must not be debarred or suspended to do business in the State of Oregon, or be federally debarred or suspended, and must be registered with SAM.gov, and must be Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (LRRP) registered firm.

There will be no pre-bid conference.

Specifications for the work may be reviewed at the CinA office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. A full packet of information can be picked up at the CinA office during business hours between July 5-19, 2018, or information can be mailed or emailed upon request.
