NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee for the Dell Brogan Cemetery District, Malheur County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 will be held at Scottseed, 4876 North Road H, Vale OR.   The meeting will take place on June 11, 2017, at 8:00 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.  This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after June 10, 2017 at 922 Haul RD, Vale OR 97918 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10 am.

A lawsuit has been started against you in the above-entitled Court by Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff. Public Hearing Notice

The City of Nyssa is completing a Nyssa Water System Improvements, Project Number S17020, ($2,000,000) Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund with from State of Oregon Business Development Department. It is estimated the project will benefit at least 3,210 persons of whom 57% are low or moderate income.
A public hearing will be held by the City Council at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the Nyssa City Hall, 301 Main Street, Nyssa, OR 97913.
The purpose of the hearing is for the Nyssa City Council to obtain citizens views about the project and to take comments about the local government’s performance. Written comments are also welcome and must be received by 4:00 pm June 13, 2017 at City of Nyssa, 301 Main Street, Nyssa, OR 97913. Both oral and written comments will be reviewed by the Nyssa City Council.
The location of the hearing is accessible to the disabled. Please let Marla Roberts, City Recorder, 541-372-2264, know if you need any special accommodations to attend or participate in the hearing.
More information about the Oregon Community Development Block Grant program and the project is available for public review at the Nyssa City Hall during regular office hours. Advance notice is requested.
