VALE – Sponsored by the Vale Chamber of Commerce, fireworks will once again usher in the New Year over the skies of Vale Saturday.
The sky will light up beginning at 7 p.m., weather permitting. If cloudy or foggy skies prohibit the show, organizers will try again on Sunday night.
The show is an annual event for Vale with the fireworks seen from across the valley.
Paid for by donations from candy sales and other money gathered, the show is put on by Homeland Fireworks, a local Jamieson company that travels across the United States for shows.
In addition to donations collected before the event, volunteers will walk around Vale during the show asking for donations to offset the cost of the show.
